Patriot or Activist

article-profile-picDefinitions: Activist: someone who takes part in activities that is intended to achieve political or social change, especially someone who is a member of an organization. Patriot: someone who has strong feelings of love, respect, and duty toward their country.

To further understand the difference we must look at what is defined as a Liberal and Conservative in our political landscape. Liberal: believing in social or political change if most people want it. Conservative : not willing to accept much change and hold to traditionalism.  Many Liberals today embrace Socialism or Communism. Conversely, today’s Constitutional Conservative embraces the established U.S. Constitution.

Many politically charged organizations such as Liberals, Progressives, Socialist and Communists tend to call Conservatives activists. The Left politically charged media and organizations have latched on to the term for Conservatives as a collection of activists.

From as far back as President Woodrow Wilson’s Administration (1913-1921) the term Socialism (also known as one tenet of Marxism) was used from the Karl Marx (1818-1883) playbook.

Wilson wrote: In fundamental theory socialism and democracy are almost if not quite one and the same. They both rest at bottom upon the absolute right of the community to determine its own destiny and that of its members. Men as communities are supreme over men as individuals. Limits of wisdom and convenience to the public control there may be: limits of principle there are, upon strict analysis, none.

America has seen the march of Marxism for a very long time now and it has reached a point where the lines have been blurred between what political ideologies an activist holds. However, we can blame liberal judges, lawmakers and educational institutions usurping and supplanting our laws and history with their own interpretations adding to that confusion.

Since the U.S. Constitution was constructed as a limited government instrument with few laws,  Marxism along with Progressivism (big government) has crept in slowly and worked against the original Constitution’s intent and so Amendments were added to help maintain its integrity and or to enhance the original intention of that document. Constitutional Conservatives only wish to maintain and uphold our Constitution and those opening remarks of Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness found in the opening remarks of our Declaration of Independence.

Maybe the next time you hear about someone who calls them self a Constitutional Conservative, one may think twice before referring to them as an Activist when in reality it is the other way around…Patriot!



Brink of Total National Collapse

We have lost our way due to unscrupulous people in the Federal government over the decades that only seek to have more and more power over us, abusing our way of life and our society as a whole with that power; chipping away at our inalienable rights. Meaning natural rights, to set our own course, to prosper and live our individual lives as we see fit; to produce and grow in a free economy and with that jobs and opportunity for all.

Our nation has been heading downward for over 100 years now due to a larger and more powerful growing (bureaucracy) at the centralized government level and we have been suffering greatly for many years, specifically over the last 8 years. A President making that final hard push to collapse the nation economically, while millions of our citizens are without jobs and on Welfare and I might add all by design through the government instrument (various federal agencies) and with an inept Congress unwilling to stop it. To collapse our economy by constraining and over regulating our various industries with a single direct purpose, to change over our society to a failed Marxist scheme which does not and has not ever worked. Only the few who hold centralized power live comfortably off the Backs of the people. Look no further than China, the old Soviet Union and more specifically North Korea today. This kind of evil (A few ruling the many) has existed in one form or the other since man has walked this Earth. The old Soviet Union under a Communist centralized government control finally collapsed inward on itself and began embracing Capitalism with far less control by laws over its people and the economy.

Please read the Declaration of Independence and you will realize exactly why we split off from an over-bearing government and then, eventually, formed our own U.S. Constitution in 1787 setting up our own Limited Government. Then think about the correlation of the disastrous situation and harsher and harsher conditions of your daily life we have today in our country. And ask yourself, “Are we there once again?”

Once you have finished reading the reason why we split off from such an overbearing government, which had a King. Ask yourself: “Have we lost our way and allowed the same situation to develop among our own selves as a nation even though we have voted people to represent us? The highlighted text in part of the Declaration, I believe, bears the same situation that exists today as then; except it is not our desire to separate but rather than to clean up the abuses and return once again to our U.S. Constitution, a document that has allowed the greatest freedom for each individual, to plot their on course on Earth. To once again become the prosperous nation we once were.

We currently have a Presidential election due to take place in November of this year and I believe it is our last final grasp to make a hard turn and begin to dismantle the government leviathan (bureaucracies) which have been used as a tool to destroy our free economy and usher in proven failed Marxism. We must return once again the free economy that has made this nation the most productive, powerful and richest nation on Earth. “We are at the Brink of no return.”

There is one constitutionally based candidate, a glimmer of light before us in this darkness that knows the structure of the Federal government, and has a plan to dismantle the bloated centralized system. To begin the work to rein back Government agencies used to kill our Constitutional based system and replace it with a Marxist one and that man who has the knowledge, experience and foresight to get it done is none other than Senator Ted Cruz of Texas.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. Shell of a Republic Totalitarian Rule

The nation is on the edge of complete economic collapse through ideological tinkering by Progressives. The Republic itself is just a shell; a shadow of its former self. Representation is a folly in most respects, controlled by Progressives on both sides of the aisle in both chambers of congress by both parties. The President disdains the Constitution as a stumbling block along with his allies in the Senate, House of Representatives and academia. The Supreme Court is completely unreliable.

When the Affordable Care Act (ACA) became law, it was not about providing HealthCare. This law has allowed the federal government to require any citizen to buy anything they deem appropriate or be fined. This bears repeating, to buy anything. In a nutshell: your liberty was usurped the day the ACA was deemed Constitutional by the Supreme Court; nothing could be further from the truth. The day the ruling came down was the day we lost our grip on freedom.

The only freedom you have now is the liberties the federal government allows you to have. The federal government finished siphoning off what choices you have in your life. The ACA law is only the beginning. What is next on the federal government’s list: is it where to live, what food to buy, what kind of automobile you can have? Remember, they can tax you to buy anything; they have complete control of your life by force of law. As the military is continually hollowed out will a new military be born, then what? Also, the government is collecting all your information through the NSA; we are on the cusp of widespread totalitarian rule by centralized statists.

The only saving grace is for the States themselves to repair the destruction of our liberty and they will have to act in haste, if the Republic is to be saved at all. An Article V Convention of the States must be convened immediately. Article V of the Constitution grants the authority for the States to Amend the Constitution and the federal government cannot stop it, but comply with what the States pass. The Framers placed an out for the people if the federal government ever strayed from the Constitution and strayed it has.

Article V:

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Time is up and the Progressives have laid the ground work over the last 100 years, through education efforts mainly, which has led to Progressive educators, courts and politicians finishing the work that was started so long ago. Time is very short, very short indeed.

Fear is the greatest weapon an adversary can pull from their quiver. It is fear that can stop you from action. You can stand-up be fearful and win. The alternative is to stay down and live in perpetual fear; choose. ~Phillip Davis~


United We Stand – Divided We Will Fall

Though there are varying opinions on “What, Where How and When” about America’s dilemma on liberty we have to…like the Beatles song touts…”come together right now, over me” (Let’s call “me” America…shall we?): Must get us old folk in the right mood.

Conservatives of all strips must come together and stop sweating the “small stuff” while in some circles many call it the “big stuff”. However, it is good to have polite debate on varying levels of disagreement. But, make no mistake the more we are divided the weaker, as a whole, we become when it comes to winning our country back. Lefty loves it and for sure will “stir the pot”. Lefty will keep the division going as much as possible and so will progressive republicans.

At the end of the day “we have to come together” as one, our liberty depends on it! No more “it’s not my guy and I will not give a penny or vote for him or her” and the non-conservative wins!

The 2014 election season is just around the corner and new and incumbent candidates will be popping up all across this great landscape.  It is time now to start watching and listening for those that don’t fall into the “progressive category” of big government. Remember, many republicans have fallen into the progressive line-up of potentials and it is those so-called conservatives that must be exposed and avoided.

Mr. Karl Rove and his gang of progressives are busy as bees collecting information from voters to plant in the platforms of so-called conservative candidates they will be funding in 2014. With beautiful “song” for the conservative ear to listen to and fall in love to a trap; beware.

In the 2012 recall election effort of Governor Scott Walker, the Republican National Committee (RNC) and a column by Karl Rove in the Wall Street Journal believed it was the RNC that saved Walker from losing his seat. However, it was the Tea Party Patriots of Wisconsin that pulled this save off. (It’s the Tea Party Brainless!).

Put the differences aside and concentrate your efforts working towards a more limited government. Then after conservatives have it all, at least at the federal level, we can work towards the problems that face us as a nation.
